When you download this activity you will receive over 175 colorful picture cards designed to teach and practice magic e, r-controlled vowels and common vowel teams. Although these cards are designed to be used with the Make, Take & Teach Build It-Write It cookie sheets, any magnetic and dry erase surface will work. Students simply choose a card, build the word using magnetic letters and then write the word on the dry erase surface. The card is then turned over and the correct spelling is on the back. Directions for making your own Build It-Write It cookie sheet are included.
