Soccer Goal! Dolch Sight Words

Is soccer your game? Or maybe you have students who love to play soccer. It’s always fun to incorporate students’ interests into learning activities. The Make, Take & Teach It’s a Goal! activity is a great way for our little soccer fans to practice the Dolch 220 sight words. To play this game, students take turns choosing soccer balls and reading the words. Choose a “goal” and the player can pick a few more balls, choose the “red card” and all the balls must be placed back. This game is perfect for either small group instruction or as a literacy center activity as it allows for both differentiation and multiple opportunities for response.
